By using the “LaundrZone” application, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding electronic contract in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All legal operations and relationships between the application and the user are subject to the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.

1. Registration and Account Use
1. Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to use the application without direct supervision by a legal guardian.
2. The user is required to provide accurate and correct information (name, mobile number, address).
3. The user is legally responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The application reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account if false data or illegal use is detected.
4. The application reserves the right to suspend the account temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the event of a serious violation or unlawful activity.
5. The user may request the deletion of their account and data by contacting support. The request will be processed within the legal time frame.
2. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
1. Data is collected in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and used solely for the stated purpose.
2. Collected data includes: name, mobile number, address, order history, and payment information.
3. Data is securely stored using SSL protocols and cybersecurity standards, and is subject to periodic review.
4. Data is not shared with any third party without explicit consent, except for authorized partners (laundries, payment gateways) under data protection agreements.
5. The user has the right to:
a. Access their data.
b. Modify or delete it.
c. Withdraw consent for its use.
d. Object to its processing.
6. Requests should be submitted via email and will be responded to within 15 days.
7. Data is retained for no more than 3 years from the last activity unless otherwise required by law.

3. Orders, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund
1. The user is responsible for accurately entering order details.
2. A confirmation notice with a reference number will be sent via email or in-app notifications.
3. Orders may be canceled or modified up to one hour before the assigned pickup time.
4. After the order begins processing, cancellation is only allowed under exceptional circumstances and with support team approval.
5. Payments are accepted through gateways licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and subject to PCI-DSS protocols.
6. A legal payment method must be used under the user’s name or with their authorization.
7. Refund requests can be submitted within 3 business days and will be processed within 10 to 45 days to the same payment method.
8. Refunds require proof of defect.
9. Refunds are not granted for general dissatisfaction unless a confirmed service breach is proven.
10. In case of unjustified delays exceeding 4 hours past the scheduled time, the user has the right to request a partial discount or a free re-service.
4. Services and Delivery
1. The service includes: collecting clothes, cleaning them, and returning them within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Delivery is provided based on pricing policies shown in the application at the time of order. Fees may vary based on distance, service type, or total order value. Additional express or premium delivery options may be offered with clear pricing shown before confirming the order.
3. The user is responsible for verifying the item count and providing laundry instructions.
4. Users must remove personal belongings from clothing. The app is not liable for any items left behind.
5. If the clothes are not collected within 30 days from readiness notification, the app has the right to dispose of them.
6. If the customer requests clothes to be left at a different location than the pickup address, they bear full responsibility unless proven that damage or loss was due to service personnel fault.
5. Service Coverage and Shipping
1. The app covers specific areas and updates the coverage zone periodically.
2. Orders from outside the usual coverage area may be accepted at the application’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
3. Users will be notified in advance of any additional fees, which must be approved before service execution.
6. Service Quality, Warranty, Replacement, and Compensation
1. LaundrZone is committed to providing laundry services according to the highest standards of quality and privacy, through exclusive partnerships with accredited laundries evaluated periodically.
2. In case of damage, compensation will not exceed 10 times the service fee of the damaged item, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of order receipt.
4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a. Incomplete washing instructions.
b. Poor storage.
c. Pre-existing defects in the garments.
5. Non-matching or lost items will be replaced or compensated within 24 hours of the report.
6. Warranty procedures can be initiated via the app, email, or customer service.
7. Complaints and Disputes
1. Complaints may be submitted via email, phone number, or in-app form.
2. A response will be provided within 24 hours, and resolution within 7 business days.
3. If the user is not satisfied with the resolution, the matter will be escalated to management for further review.
4. In the event of a continuing dispute, a written report will be issued, and either party may refer the case to the Saudi courts.
8. Force Majeure and Liability Limits
1. The application is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., disasters, widespread outages, internet failure). Users will be notified of delays exceeding 4 hours.
2. Compensation does not cover damage resulting from:
a. Neglect of laundry instructions.
b. Leaving items inside garments.
c. Highly sensitive clothes without explicit handling instructions.
9. App Maintenance and Downtime
1. Temporary service suspension may occur for maintenance or updates. Users will be notified when possible.
2. Protective measures are taken to secure user data during downtime periods.
10. Additional Regulatory Provisions
1. The application reserves the right to amend these terms and will notify users upon their next login. Amendments become effective from the date of notification.
2. The app may not be used for illegal activities, manipulating reviews, or impersonating other users.
3. The app is not responsible for third-party content or external links.
4. Promotional offers may be granted to certain users based on internal policies.
5. Support is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via email, phone, and in-app chat.
